Bringing everything bank employees need into one app
Ziraat Dünyam is the internal app Ziraat Bankası employees use for daily operations: inventory tracking, leave management, request workflows and other HR processes.

What I did
- Added new modules and modernised the existing design in line with Ziraat Bankası’s visual style
- Designed the information architecture around employees' daily tasks
- Designed sign-in with SMS verification, the home quick menu and the module patterns
- Standardised interactions so new workflows reuse the same patterns
The challenge
Daily work relied on Excel sheets, manual approval forms and disconnected workflows. The new platform had many modules, role-based permissions and hierarchical approvals, and still had to feel simple for everyday tasks.
Approach and design decisions
Secure, quick sign-in
Employees sign in and confirm with a one-time SMS code, then land on a home screen built around what they do every day.

Organised around tasks
I built the information architecture so employees can easily meet their daily needs, which reduced cognitive load and made responsibilities clear across roles.
Frequent actions first
A quick menu keeps leave requests, emergency notices, employee discounts and pending approvals one tap from the home screen. An emergency check-in takes a status, a location and an optional photo, and ends on a clear confirmation.

One pattern for every module
Standard interaction patterns across modules keep the app consistent and easy to maintain as new workflows arrive. Employee discounts use the same list-to-detail pattern as every other module.

The outcome
Processes that lived in spreadsheets and on paper became transparent, efficient and traceable in a single app.
