I joined Building.tech as the first designer and led the creation of an AI-powered construction budget planning SaaS platform from the ground up. The product aimed to replace manual Excel-based workflows used by contractors and project managers with a more accurate, predictable, and scalable financial decision-support system.

I unified budget planning, proposal generation, and cost estimation flows under a single product vision designed to improve operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
