AXY Live

AXY Live is a live-streaming platform that enables creators to broadcast in real time and engage with audiences through instant interaction. The platform offers a community-driven experience supported by a virtual gifting and in-app coin economy, allowing creators to monetize their content.
Behavioral Monetization Strategy
I joined AXY Live as the sole designer, leading the mobile product design from the ground up. The core objective was to build a motivation system that would maximize viewer retention during live streams while encouraging high and sustained supporter spending.
To achieve this, I designed a behavior-driven support economy integrated with the in-app coin purchasing infrastructure, aimed at increasing both monetization and in-stream engagement.

Gamified Status & Retention System
I designed a 9-tier SVIP system where supporters unlock increased visibility and exclusive privileges as their contribution grows, including highlighted chat messages, priority placement, and exclusive entry animations that reinforce status.
To encourage sustained spending, SVIP 9 users lose their status after one month of inactivity. Daily and weekly leaderboards further amplify competitive visibility, creating a continuous, status-driven engagement loop.

Designed Growth Levers (Pre-Launch Metrics)
Although the product has not yet launched, clear success metrics were defined during the design phase, including:
Gift conversion rate
Average revenue per paying supporter
Session duration
Repeat supporter frequency
All engagement mechanics were intentionally designed to increase both spending intensity and long-term supporter retention.
AI-Supported Asset Production
For AXY Live, I integrated AI directly into the asset production workflow, particularly for SVIP badges, level frames, and virtual gift designs. Rather than using AI as a one-off visual generator, I structured it as part of a scalable visual system.
To ensure consistency across assets, I developed JSON-based prompt frameworks that standardized color palettes, lighting direction, material language, perspective, and detail density. This approach enabled rapid iteration while maintaining visual coherence across multiple levels and gift variations.
